Pittwater Aquatic Club Co-operative Limited Rules

The Pittwater Aquatic Club Co-operative Limited is a non trading share co-operative and is registered in N.S.W. under the Co-operatives National Law.

The rules of the club, in summary, cover membership, general meetings of members, notice of general meetings, resolutions at members meetings, board of directors, rules of the co-op, administrative matters, accounting & financial matters and winding up. These rules are fundamentally the same for all co-operatives.

PAC’s Rules were first registered by the Registrar on 25 January 2017
At the July 2019 AGM members adopted a change to Rule 6(2) which was registered by the Registrar on the 15 August 2019.
At the June 2020 SGM members adopted a change to Rule 30(1) which was registered by the Registrar on the 29 July 2020.
